Purpose:
As Millennial & Gen Z dancers struggle with navigating contemporary and future social/racial tensions, technological integration uncertainty, global climate concerns and organizing challenges, my aim to re-inspire rigorous inquiry and contemplative reflection into the wisdom of humankind. Wisdom as in “Value, Meaning, Purpose, Ethical, Humility, Charity, Veracity, Vision, Reality and Deep Listening”.
Mission:
Help Gen Z & Millennial dancers develop multi-disciplinary inquiry-driven practices. Inquiry-driven practices that are collaborative and reflective in nature, and that focus on understanding contemporary, and the future dynamics of, Humanity, Spirituality, Ethics, Technology, Racism, Environmentalism and Organizing.

Help Gen Z, Millennials and artists become innovative forward-thinking collaborators, multi-disciplinary inquiry-driven planners, disciplined holistic executionists, strong leaders and entrepreneurs, with personal and environmental well-being as their core values.

Objectives:
- Collaboratively guide Gen Z & Millennials dancers on a multi-disciplinary inquisitive journey into the tenants they’ve lived their lives by, how their lives have co-shape our contemporary times, and how they might co-shape the future they envision.
- Inspire Gen Z & Millennials dancers to embody contemplative and reflective artistic practices as a holistic approach to personal growth and well-being, fostering a deeper connection to oneself, others, and the world around them.
